Your stay with us is an opportunity to rest and rebalance your body. This is why we offer you personalized sports sessions with an experienced trainer, as well as yoga, stretching and aquagym classes to suit your needs. Equipped with the very latest equipment, our gym and team are also on hand to support and advise you throughout your stay, to make sure it's the wellness break it's meant to be.
Yoga: Monday - 10 to 11 a.m.
Aqua gym: Wednesday - 10 to 11 a.m.
Stretching: Friday - 5 to 6 p.m.
