La Maison 20 Degrés Sud has 29 rooms and 7 suites, just a few steps from the lagoon or in the heart of its tropical gardens. Five categories are available - Charme, Beach Front, Suite, Secret Suite and Australe - all designed by Flamant Home Interior®. Each reveals a unique layout, but shares the same warm elegance.
Austral Suite
Our unique Suites Australes combine elegance and comfort in 80 to 100 m². Right on the water, they offer private terraces overlooking the lagoon, courtesy lounges, dressing rooms and an outdoor pool. Designed by Flamant Home Interiors®, they feature refined decor and premium bedding, each with its own character.
Information
The southern suites are equipped with a Jacuzzi or private pool, Nespresso coffee machine, satellite TV, private deckchairs, separate toilet, safe, mini bar, air conditioning and a speaker system.
Secret Suite
An epitome of elegance and intimacy, the Suite Secrète seduces with its unique charm. On two levels, the garden level features a vast private lounge opening onto a terrace with pool and garden furniture, dominated by a majestic tree. Upstairs, the bedroom with balcony, refined bathroom and balneotherapy invites you to indulge in absolute well-being.

Suite
With their dream location and exceptional amenities, our two suites open onto the lagoon, just a few steps from their private terrace. Comprising four areas: bedroom with King-Size bed, living room with precious wood desk, bathroom with shower and bathtub, and outdoor area with balneotherapy, they offer absolute comfort and relaxation, under the stars or in the tropical sun.

Beachfront room
First of all, the view: sublime, unobstructed, over the lagoon and its azure reflections, which grabs you as soon as you enter. Light, white walls and space (35 to 50 m²) complete the experience. Dressed in precious woods and fitted with top-of-the-range bedding, these beachfront rooms offer a private terrace, almost feet in the water, to take full advantage of the island and its horizon.

Charm room

on the ground or first floor. Opening onto the coconut grove, the seductive charm of these spaces designed by Flamant Home Interiors® invites you to laze and relax, as much as the gentle lagoon breezes, the premium bedding or the outdoor shower that some of them feature.
