on land and sea, are at your disposal to discover our island of unique flavors, from the dishes meticulously imagined by our chefs
to the cocktails deliciously prepared by our bartenders.
Our gourmet cruise aboard the Lady Lisbeth
Made of varnished wood and brass, the M/S Lady Lisbeth proudly welcomes you aboard for a signature 20 Degrés Sud experience, as well as one of the most delicious evenings of your stay. Aboard this Mauritian jewel, which has plied the waters of the lagoon since 1927, you'll undoubtedly discover the captivating landscape of Grand Baie under the stars, but above all you'll encounter Mauritian gastronomy in a hushed, elegant and timeless atmosphere, where the chef will offer you a menu composed around seafood, a surprising and succulent local cuisine, whose flavors will complete this moment.
Every evening, 8 guests can embark for a dinner cruise on the calm waters of the bay from 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
For a more intimate evening, it is also possible to privatize the M/S Lady Lisbeth with her crew, for a party, a reception or any other occasion you will remember forever.

A true invitation to travel, L'Explorateur takes you on a journey through different atmospheres.
On one side, nestled in the heart of the hotel, is the poolside terrace. On the other, facing the sea,
Grand Baie and its horizon, where dreams of escape are nourished.
Then let yourself be intoxicated by the singularity of the place. Captivated by the à la carte menu, you'll discover flavors from elsewhere, the marriage of refined seafood cuisine and local produce sublimated by chef Sanjeev Purahoo's passionate, creative and inspired savoir-faire.

In the shade and downwind
Sit back and enjoy the friendly breezes off the bay in the huge sail that houses our restaurant and its passionate chef and barman, eager to help you discover all the flavors of our island. Open to the sea, La Voile stands like a gourmet pause between the pool, the beach, the deckchairs and the canopied beds to offer you its fresh, gourmet and always succulent creations.
La Voile opens its arms to you during the day and until sunset, and is only accessible to guests of the establishment.
